Cards To Final Four,Cats Next?
In what became a tail of two halves the Louisville Cardinals move on to New Orleans next Saturday with a 72-68 win and now wait for the winner of Baylor and UK.
In the 1st half with Coach Rick Pitino opting for a match up zone the Florida Gators shot the lights out for a 41-33 lead and 70% from the field and 8-11 from beyond the arc.
In the second half it was a different story all together as Pitino went to his unusual man to man defense and held the Gators to 0-9 from the arc…

Cards Handle Sparty; Anton Gill Junior Highlights
The Cardinals avenged their 2009 Elite loss to Michigan State with a 57-44 win. The game was never close in the second half. Except for a brief Sparty run which was followed by a bigger UL run to put them up 11. Gorgui had the defensive performance of the night with 7 blocks, 3 steals, 9 rebounds and 5 points all while playing the entire 40 minutes of the game. Chane Behanan led all scorers with 15 points, all of which he scored in the second half. He also grabbed 9 rebounds and snagged 4…

Can UofL Avenge the 2009 Elite 8 Team?
This is the exact question that is on all Cards fans minds. The 2009 rendition of the Cards was arguably the best of the Pitino era and probably easily the most talented (2 McDonald's All-Americans and the freak that was T-Will.) And I still believe we would have ran away with a National Championship if Louisville's 2006 class had stayed together. We're looking at you Derrick Caracter.
However, on March 29th, 2009 Michigan State not only beat that Cardinal team they took them…

THE BIG 10 IS STARTING TO LOOK LIKE THE BEST B-BALL CONFERENCE IN THE NCAA
Although the Big 10 Conference is begining to look like the strongest conference after Round 3, Big East teams should have a lot to say about wether or not the Big 10 is going to be the dominate Conference after upcoming Round 4. Louisville goes up against Michigan State, Cincinnati and Ohio State square off, and Syraccuse and Wisconsin compete to find out which conferece can claim bragging rights. Potentially, the SEC might start their usual haranguing and braggadocious…
