Comment by Shannon Ruffra on January 18, 2013 at 10:22am Hoskins is a beast with a scout's grade of 83, which is through the roof...... If Hoskins or Grace commit, I believe they would rank as the highest rated recruit(s) EVER in the Strong era at Louisville. Even higher than Teddy...:-)
