EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW with Coach Hall! Stud S/OLB Donel Elam Is Still Committed To Louisville!

ORANGE PARK, Fla. - There has been a lot of SPECULATION on Elam being a soft Cardinal commit.The stud safety/OLB prospect Donel Elam from Fleming Island HS in Jacksonville was one of the first prospects to commit to Coach Strong and Ron Dugans over a year ago.

CD caught up with Coach Hall in Jacksonville, Florida to discuss the latest on Elam's recruitment: "Donel is still committed to Louisville and will be a good safety at the next level."

Elam is one of those players that is very underrated because of lack recognition, as he plays in an area of Jacksonville that is not heavily recruited in Orange Park, Florida, but Elam is an all-out 4* stud.

We asked Coach Hall what he thought would be the best fit for Elam at Louisville: "I really don't know how Donel is going to be used at Louisville, but I will say that he's a perfect fit at strong safety near the line. He is already at 215 lbs and is a very good tackler. We had him here at times as a LB, and he was our best open field tackler."
