Carter who is being recruited by programs like Alabama,Georgia,FSU,Ohio State just to name a few is one of the Best 15 de's in The Nation for the 2014 Class.Carter is a Basketball Star player for His team as He plays power forward at 6-6.
His stats for last year were awesome 136 tackles 45 tackles for losses and 18 sacks as a junior.
Evaluation:Carter has the 3 major tols to be a great de at the next level size;speed and strength.He plays with a motor and make s a lot of plays from behind as teams try to run away from Him.
