I understand that DaMarcus is going to attend prep school and then return to UL in January.

 

It was further confirmed that while recruiting DaMarcus, the UCF staff had told DaMarcus that Jeff Godfrey, the very successful starting QB, was going to move to WR.  In another post, it was reported that when DaMarcus spoke to Godfrey about the position change, Godfrey denied the move.

A source very close to DaMarcus stated that they are still waiting on the NCAA, and Smith is NOT going to UCF regardless and coming to Louisville!!!

 

Either way, DaMarcus is going to end up where he wanted to be all along at THE VILLE!

O' Leary, the HC of UCF football, lied to Notre Dame when they were thinking about hiring him, so lying is nothing new for O' Leary.  Par for the course.  Check THIS out.......  O' Leary is a straight-up joke.

I would like to see DaMarcus come to U of L.  It bothers me that a coach can use a bait and switch tactic to a potential recruit --- that is only 18 years old, for goodness sakes.  I was in professional sales all my life and if my boss received calls about that type of behavior by me, I would have been in some major trouble. 

 

I have to turn this back onto the NCAA.  They need to start looking at situations like this that are --- JUST WRONG!  Fabricating situations to recruits is --- JUST WRONG!

If he starts UL without a release he has 4 to play 3 after sitting out a year. If he goes prep route he has 5 to play 4.
