The star lb has a great relationship with Coach Strong since His days at UF and is looking at a chance to come in and compete for a spot.
The three Schools He is looking at are Louisvile,Kentucky and USF.
Coach Stoops who is the new HC in Kentucky has been recruiting Kelsey to FSU for a while now.
According to My sources He will be in Kentucky this weekend on a Official Visit.
