Vernon Hargreaves 5* CB Card Prospect Has Huge Weekend In Bradenton, Florida: IMG Madden 7-on-7 Championships

The standout 5* CB from Wharton HS was named Defensive MVP in the IMG Madden 7-on-7 Championships, as Tampa beat Max Ex 28-17 to win the title. Earlier in the tournament, Tampa also beat the South Florida Express team, 24-18.

Vernon proved over the weekend why he is one of the top 5 CBs in the nation, as he was going against the top WRs in the 7-on-7 tournament. He had over 15 breakups and 1 INT in the tournament, as the Tampa defense was the difference.

Off the record, I was talking to one of our senior offensive players, and he said, "There is NO REASON we should not run the table this season"....... Easier said than done, but I like the winning mentality that this staff has instilled into these young men. THEY BELIEVE THEY CAN WIN AND THAT THEY ARE WINNERS, which they are!

As usual, we will concentrate on Terrell Floyd and Daniel Brown for example, more than others in the picture taking, as we do for all the parents and families that support Cardinal Dominance!
